Writing good exercise descriptions can be time-consuming. We know that. So, we created pre-written exercise descriptions to help. You can now search our database with 1100+ auto-populated exercise descriptions to save time.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Tap on the Title field

Step 2: Start typing the exercise title and a list of suggestions will show below. Simply tap on the desired exercise to add the auto-populated exercise description.

Step 3: You can edit the description as you want, leave it as it is or clear it to write your own.
