Ordering Workouts
We’ve recently made some updates to our Programs and Categories. With these changes come some updates to the ordering of workouts within Programs and Categories. Below you will find all you need to know to customise the order of your workouts:
Ordering Workouts in Programs
Whenever you create a program, the workouts can be manually ordered in any way that you wish.
Simply use the drag and drop button to the right of the workout cell (as highlighted below) to drag a workout into a new position within the program.
Ordering Workouts in Categories
For categories, we have added a new ‘Sort By’ setting that can be found in the more settings section of the category edit screen. The image below demonstrates exactly where this can be found:
What are the Sort By options?
Newest First: Newly published workouts will be added to the top of the category.
Oldest First: Newly published workouts will be added to the bottom of the category.
Custom Order: You can manually move a workout to any position in the category.
What if I have a category with a workout limit?
If you have set a workout limit on a category, then the category will ALWAYS be set to publish new workouts to the top of the category. If you would like to change the order of these workouts then you will have to remove the limit (i.e. set to 0) and then set the Sort By behaviour to ‘Custom Order’ in the ‘More Settings’ section.
