Weekly programs

We’ve simplified the process for creating Weekly programs with a Week/Day structure.

When setting programs to be type Weekly, you will be presented with a new interface to quickly set the precise Week and Day for any workout within the Weekly program.

In order to create a Weekly program simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a new program and set the program type to Weekly.

Step 2: Publish workouts to your new Weekly Program. They will appear in the program list without a Week or Day value set as shown below:

Step 3: Tap the “W?D?” box in order to set the Week and Day values for the newly published workout.

You’re all set! The workout will be assigned a Week and Day that your subscribers will see in the Consumer App.

The Creator App does not currently automatically re-order the workouts according to your Week/ Day input. You must therefore manually drag and drop the workouts into the right order. However, we do hope to bring this functionality to you in the future!
